Relocating...

It's been a few days since I've had the opportunity to post anything. What a week. My landlady had originally given me the okay (two years ago) to have my fennec on the property, but has changed her mind. You know what that means.

Moving!

Oh boy. We hunted and hunted for a house as we need a fairly large one  in our situation. And we need one that will allow not only two cats, but a fennec as well! What a nightmare. Well, after hours of searching, and dreading the worst; that I would have to give up my fennec for now, we found a place that is everything that we need.

It's not a far move, and it's fairly large and much more updated than the place we are in now, so I think it's going to be a good change. Sure, it is hard and I am very upset with my landlady for putting us through this, but all is well now. All that is left to do is actually move.

I'll keep you guys posted with the boring details.

So many years of waiting.

Another day, another set of paperwork.

After a long day of work today, I figured I'd come work on the final drafts of my report that the IDA wants me to have done to present a week before Levanter's arrival. What a pain but more than worth it. For years its been back and forth filing and evaluations. At some point an officer for the IDA has to come over and inspect my home. That should be fun.

Anyway, I'm logging off. I've had enough fun looking over chromosome maps to make sure that I'm citing the right protein names and whatnot. I'm going to order his enclosure and the IMRAB-3 KILLED tomorrow. Gotta get this show on the road!
